They were professional, accessible, responsive, savvy to the real estate market, priced the property just right, and were a pleasure to work with. I can’t imagine any team marketing the property any better than they did mine, with 3-D tours, a professional portfolio, and listing previews. They generated so much interest that there were multiple viewings the first week and multiple offers. The sale was complex, with a large property having several dwellings and buildings, the buyers having to sell their property first, problems generated by the inspection, the appraisal, and the buyers agent.
