"My husband and I were planning a visit to Asheville from Florida. We had been looking for a vacation home for a few years and decided that Asheville was where we wanted to be. Fortunately for us, when we googled realtors, Town and Mountain came up and Luke Mansell answered. From the start he took the time to understand what we were looking for. Being an Asheville native, he guided us toward areas that would fit our needs and wants. When we arrived in Asheville, Luke already had tons of houses lined up for us to see. I had been using an online site to look for other homes and he was always one step ahead of me listing reasons why those would work or not. During our weekend trip, Luke probably showed us 40 homes. He was incredibly patient and always giving good feedback and never wasting time. Efficiency at its finest. He was incredibly responsive to our needs, likes, dislikes, etc. Not only was he able to find us the perfect house, after making an offer, he lined up another showing without even asking us, just so we could see it again the next day.

Beyond the house hunting and super smooth purchase, Luke also helped us with finding and hiring contractors, cleaners, landscapers, etc since we did all of this from another state. He was very willing to meet these people at the house to assist us in getting quotes and more. To this day, I can reach out to Luke for anything I need at any time. Whether it’s a restaurant recommendation or a flooring specialist, Luke knows the answer. I would, without reservation, recommend Luke to anyone interested in purchasing a home in the Asheville area. If I ever need to purchase another house, I might ask Luke to get licensed there just to help me out because I am certain no one will be as helpful and kind as Luke!
