Amy was my primary agent for the sale of my historic home. We started working together 9 months before my home went on the market. This was primarily because I was downsizing and had many decisions to make and closets to clean out. Her organizational skills were excellent, keeping me on track without being pushy. She had a professional photographer photograph my garden when it was in its glory even though that was 8 months before it went on the market.

She attended to every detail in the marketing of my home, writing up a complete description of my home for the MLS as well as making a beautiful brochure to give to potential buyers.

What can I say about her negotiation skills? Well, I didn’t see them in action but she brought me an offer over the asking price - what more could I ask?

Amy had a vacation scheduled prior to our working together that caused her to be out of town two weeks before closing. She took care of every little detail before she left that she could think of and turned my closing over to her partner Eva. Eva checked in with me periodically to see if I needed anything, but I did not, because Amy had covered the bases before she left.
