Gretchen went above and beyond to show us more homes and made herself available whenever we needed to talk. She often went to preview properties for us at a moment's notice and sometimes even showed them to us over Whatsapp. And throughout it all, there always was a big smile on her face. And she has a great sense of humor!

We ended up purchasing a townhome, and the buying process couldn't have been smoother. Gretchen really knows what she is doing, and it's obvious she loves what she does. She is extremely patient, works fast without overlooking the smallest details, and is a lot fun to work with.
