Grace has been passionate about real estate since she was only 8 years old.  She often spent weekends going to open houses with her uncles and perusing the weekly real estate guides. She has always had a great appreciation for historic homes and distinctive architecture and has a great eye for up-and-coming neighborhoods. Grace moved to Asheville from New Jersey with her mom in 2006 and purchased her home in West Asheville at the age of 18.  She has enjoyed the appreciation of her home’s value and knows how helpful owning a home can be in a tough rental market with low vacancy and high rents.

Grace still resides in her 1920s West Asheville bungalow with her husband Mike and their three fur babies.  You can often find her exploring the music scene with her husband and his band, Natural Born Leaders.  She loves creativity, which she expresses in her writing, photography and cooking.  Grace is passionate about supporting the community and building resiliency. She serves as a volunteer with Big Brothers, Big Sisters and as an advocate with Arc of Buncombe County.  Grace loves interacting with people, having new experiences, and soaking in all the art, culture and beauty that Asheville has to offer.
