CAJUN COOKOFF 2026
The Cajun Cookoff is back! Sample spicy Louisiana-style dishes from 12 chefs, both pros and home cooks. Enjoy live music, a 50/50 raffle (must be present to win), and a dance party once tasting wraps up. This is Asheville Mardi Gras’ biggest fundraiser of the year, and it helps keep the parade running, so bring friends and spread the word!
