ART IN AUTUMN

Now in its 19th year, the Art in Autumn Outdoor Arts and Crafts Festival brings a day of creativity to Main Street in downtown Weaverville, just 7 miles from Asheville. Visitors can stroll among the work of over 100 juried artists and craftspeople and enjoy live music from local performers. This year's guest judge, Sarah Wells Rolland, will honor standout work with awards up to $1,000 for Best of Show.

CLEAN UP DAY

Asheville GreenWorks and OnHaywood invite volunteers to join this quarterly cleanup of the Haywood Road corridor in West Asheville. Local sponsors, including Sunny Point Cafe, Biscuit Head, and The Hop Handcrafted Ice Cream, provide breakfast and post-cleanup rewards. GreenWorks supplies gloves, vests, and trash grabbers for everyone.
