FESTIVAL 2026

The 4th annual Birds & Brews Festival brings together local wildlife organizations, plant lovers, artists, and nature enthusiasts for an afternoon of conservation, community, and craft beer. Guests can enjoy a live raptor presentation from Wild for Life, native and house plant swaps, artist vendors, raffles, and educational exhibits from local conservation groups. Proceeds benefit Wild for Life and support native wildlife conservation efforts.

CONSERVING CAROLINA

Mission: “To protect, restore, and inspire appreciation of the natural world.” 

Conserving Carolina protects over 51,000 acres of land while restoring forests, wetlands, and meadows, and creating new parks, trails, and greenways. The organization also connects the community through volunteer work, hikes, education programs, and outdoor events.

Volunteer opportunities include outreach and tabling, education programs, special events, committee work, office support, gardening, trail building and maintenance, invasive plant removal, litter cleanups, outdoor volunteer workdays, and more.
