This year’s theme is Toyshop Whimsy, and the streets will come alive with float decorations, dancers, live music, and community magic.
“The parade will begin on Biltmore Avenue and Hilliard Ave. (outside The Orange Peel), proceeding north to Patton Avenue, and then west on Patton Avenue, terminating at French Broad Ave.”
