Buyer Client Safety Protocols
• All safety guidelines put out by the CDC, State, & local authorities will be followed strictly
• Virtual showings and video walkthroughs will be utilized for initial showings
• Drive-by’s of homes you are interested in is encouraged
• In-person showings will take place if there is serious interest and pre-approval is confirmed
• Clients and agents will take separate vehicles to appointments
• Sanitizing wipes will be used, as well as gloves, masks, and any other safety precautions
deemed necessary and available during in-person showings
Seller Client Safety Protocols
• All safety guidelines put out by the CDC, State, & local authorities will be followed strictly
• Your agent can meet you at your home and do a walk-through inside the house while you wait
outside to follow safe distancing protocols
• Video conferences can be utilized instead of face-to-face meetings when possible
• Your agent will talk through your options for showings and come to an agreement with you
that will suit your needs
• The listing agreement and all other paperwork can be signed electronically using Dotloop
• A photographer will be sent to your home according to your schedule
• Your agent will shoot a video walk-through or you can if you feel comfortable doing it yourself
• We will edit video clips taken by your agent or you and create a visually appealing
walk-through that can be attached to the listing and shared upon request
• Your agent will take measurements and create a floor plan to give potential buyers more info
before an in-person showing
• Buyers' agents will show the property to their clients via listing agent-provided video
walk-throughs, photos, and floor plans first before an in-person showing
• If there is serious interest and the buyer is pre-approved, an in-person showing can take place
• You will be asked to leave the house while your agent, a buyer’s agent, a buyer, and any
service providers are inside
• All lights should be left on and all interior doors, closets, and cabinets should be open to reduce
the need for anything to be touched
• Reminder signs will be placed around your home letting visitors know to not touch anything
unnecessarily as well as any other specifics you’ve discussed with your agent
• We will make every effort to adhere to all safety protocols and limit exposure within your home
