We're excited to announce that, with our relocation to Historic Beacham's Curve, we are now part of the thriving West Asheville community! After 17 years in business and 13 years at our Asheland Ave. location, this move represents an exciting new chapter in the story of Town and Mountain Realty.

Our old office on the South Slope served us well for many years, but we are loving being in the Beacham’s Curve community amongst the likes of many successful and creative businesses!

Beacham's Curve was named after the original operators of one of the first electric streetcars in America, initiating service in Asheville around 1916. This is an exciting part of Asheville's history!

Located steps from Ambrose West, Archetype Brewing, Owl Bakery, Pizza Mind, Hole Doughnuts, Taco Billy, New Belgium Brewing and scores of other great businesses that have breathed new life into West Asheville, we find ourselves in great company.
