Sam combines a decade of real estate expertise with a unique history as a physical therapist within the Mission Health system. Having lived in the Western North Carolina mountains for 24 years, Sam provides a level of strategic, "on-the-ground" insight that few can match.
Since 2017, Sam has closed over $61M in transactions, with $16M dedicated specifically to medical providers. He understands the high-stakes, tight-timeline nature of the medical field—especially for those relocating from afar.
