Minouche moved to WNC in 2007, chasing "the closest thing to Colorado on the East Coast."  Having grown up in New York, she went to college in New Hampshire and, armed with a degree in Marine Biology, took the logical next step and moved to the mountains!  After spending a few years in Summit County, she moved to Asheville and worked part-time in the beer industry while her two boys were tiny humans. Feeling drawn to something more, she left brews behind and worked in low-income housing, ultimately launching her into real estate.  While she has helped many transplants in her 10 years in the industry, her passion is helping locals put down roots here. She's creative in thinking outside the box and finding potential others might look past.  However, in Asheville's enduring seller's market, Minouche is also fiercely protective of her buyer's investments and often can be found showing property in her Carhartts with a headlamp on.  She's never put a property under contract without being in the crawl space. She believes strongly in a Realtor's responsibility to guide their clients into making educated decisions in the home buying process.

Outside of work, Minouche loves remodeling projects, tinkering with cars, camping, and snowboarding. She lives in Weaverville with her husband Scott, three teenage boys, her two beloved German Shorthaired Pointers, and whatever poultry she currently couldn't say no to. Her house is always open to friends and their pups, and the wonderful chaos of the gatherings that happen on those 3 acres is probably her favorite thing in this world.
