For the better part of a decade I have had the privilege of helping buyers and sellers navigate the real estate process with confidence, professionalism, and personalized service. I believe that real estate is about more than just buying and selling property—it's about helping people find a place where they can build memories, create a lifestyle they love, and feel truly at home.

My husband and I relocated from Florida to Asheville in 2004 and never looked back. We fell in love with the beauty, creativity, and sense of community that make Western North Carolina such a special place. Over the past 20+ years, we've raised our two amazing children here and have enjoyed everything this area has to offer—from hiking mountain trails and exploring local art galleries to supporting local businesses and community events.

Before settling in Asheville, I traveled throughout the country exhibiting my artwork at art shows, an experience that fueled my creativity and appreciation for unique homes, architecture, and design. Today, I continue to pursue my passion for art and am proud to be the co-owner of a custom furniture design business, where creativity, craftsmanship, and functionality come together to create one-of-a-kind pieces.

My background also includes more than 20 years of residential remodeling experience. Having worked on countless renovation projects, I bring a unique perspective to real estate, helping clients see beyond a home's current condition and recognize its true potential. Whether it's envisioning a kitchen remodel, reimagining a floor plan, or understanding renovation possibilities, I enjoy helping clients see the bigger picture.

In addition, I have experience in commercial construction project estimating, providing valuable insight into construction costs, budgeting, project planning, and the building process. This knowledge allows me to help clients make informed decisions when evaluating properties.

As a Realtor, I manage and facilitate property transactions from start to finish, working closely with clients, attorneys, paralegals, mortgage professionals, inspectors, and other real estate professionals to ensure a smooth and successful experience. My strong communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to client service have led to lasting relationships, repeat business, and referrals throughout my career.
