Downtown After 5 returns to Pack Square Park for a free evening of live music, local makers, food, and community celebration. This month features Latin rhythms from headliner La Sonora Carolina with Flamenco guitarist Ulisse Rotoli opening the night. Guests can also enjoy local food vendors, handmade artisan goods, and support nonprofit partner Food Connection, which works to fight food insecurity in our community.

Appalachian Community Relief provides free food, water, and essential supplies to Western North Carolina residents through its community grocery program.
Volunteers are needed to assist with stocking shelves, organizing donations, supporting shoppers, parking coordination, and loading supplies.
