ASHEVILLE -- The second annual clothing drive run by local nonprofit Grateful Bread will be held outside the Asheville Civic Center on Saturday before and during the annual Warren Haynes Christmas Jam concert.

"We collected 70 bags of clothes last year," said organizer Kelly Carmody. "We want to get the word out so the fans going to the Christmas Jam will have the opportunity to donate to this great cause (this year)."

Last year, Carmody said, "We had two people give us the coats off their backs. Everything we collect goes directly to the folks that need it."

To learn more, donate or volunteer, call Carmody at 301-3923.
